| Frédéric Chopin (1810-49) was a Polish composer and pianist of the romantic era. He wrote primarily for the solo piano, although his works also include two piano concertos, chamber works, and Polish songs. These spritely Bourrées have been arranged to be played on bass guitar with piano accompaniment. They are ideal beginner/early intermediate pieces, providing an opportunity to play in upper and lower neck positions whilst practicing accurate hand positioning and techniques such as double stopping. |
